The cancellation policy and disclaimer are crucial aspects of my commitment to providing a seamless experience at Divine Events 360 Photo Booths. The cancellation policy ensures fairness in unforeseen changes, allowing me to manage resources efficiently. It strikes a balance, protecting both clients' interests and operational integrity. The disclaimer acts as a legal safeguard, outlining responsibilities and limitations for safe photo booth use. Together, these measures prioritize a positive and secure experience, allowing me to deliver exceptional services while prioritizing client satisfaction and well-being.

Cancellation Policy

Divine Events 360 Photo Booths understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of one week (7 days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling of bookings.

  2. Booking Fee: The booking fee, constituting 60% of the total service cost, is non-refundable. This fee secures the client's reservation and covers initial planning and administrative costs.

  3. Balance Payment: The remaining 40% balance of the total service cost is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.

  4. Cancellation Within 7 Days: Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the entire service fee.

  5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their booking based on availability, and Divine Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request without guarantee.

  6. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond the control of both parties, Divine Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking without liability.

 

Clients are responsible for informing Divine Events promptly of any changes to their event date or the need for cancellations.

 

It is recommended to communicate any changes in writing via email to ensure a clear record of correspondence.

 

By proceeding with Divine Events 360 Photo Booths services, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Divine Events 360 Photo Booths strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients and their guests. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk: The use of Divine Events 360 Photo Booths is at the sole risk of the client and their guests. Divine Events shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the photo booth.

  2. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests while utilizing the photo booth. Any damage caused to the booth due to negligence or inappropriate use will be the financial responsibility of the client.

  3. Negligence Disclaimer: Divine Events will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the client's or their guests' negligence, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions during the operation of the photo booth.

  4. Operational Guidelines: Clients are required to adhere to the operational guidelines provided by Divine Events for the safe and proper use of the photo booth. Failure to comply may result in additional charges for damages.

 

By proceeding with the use of Divine Events 360 Photo Booths, clients agree to indemnify and hold Divine Events harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the photo booth.

 

Divine Events reserves the right to modify or terminate services if guidelines are not followed, with no refund provided.

This disclaimer is a binding agreement between Divine Events and the client, and its terms shall be effective upon the commencement of photo booth services. Clients are encouraged to read and understand this disclaimer thoroughly before engaging Divine Events 360 Photo Booths.
